1. School X supplemented the use of the Resume and Interview module with support lessons in English Language.
- Interview skills would be relevant for OC especially given the new EL syllabus
- Resume writing would be useful for Sit. Writing
2. All schools felt that a hands-on session for teachers prior to ECG lessons is most useful for classes.
- Need to do this for the coming ECG lessons in the CME briefings
3. There is a need to conduct an AAR with staff and FGD with pupils after ECG lessons.
4. Hands-on session with new teachers posted in is needed to "convert" the staff early.
5. Some schools conduct it as a post-exam activity for the entire level.
6. Self-reflection on tying more tightly the IPM form and the PGI
- The tie-back to the IPM form and the cut-off for each course that suits the profile of the pupil and the course which the pupil is interested in and has set his heart on should be used more actively to raise goal-directedness in pupil behaviour.
