How to assess a pupil's character

Approach and Deployment
1. Pupils have 6 character assessors
- assigned 4 peers randomly.
- Either parent.
- Assigned a teacher.

2. This is a form of 360 degree assessment.

3. All 6 assessors answer a set of questions on the pupil.

4. Feedback is given to pupil.

5. An ICT platform can be used for convenience.

Improvement
Plan should be crafted from the feedback on how behavioural changes can be made incrementally.
